Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician in Colorado to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards. The role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and building customer trust in AutoNation as a care-giver for vehicle safety and reliability.

The position offers paid training, OEM certification support, and opportunities to grow into service, sales, management, and regional roles across AutoNation’s nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
