Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Air Logistics Manager on Duty to supervise a busy team handling 50+ airport logistics and ramp staff. This hands-on role requires ensuring timely package movement from aircraft to warehouse to trucks while maintaining safety and security standards.

The role emphasizes leading a diverse workforce, enforcing standard processes, and communicating effectively with managers and clients to meet service levels across our US operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of operations management or supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 50+ Airport Logistics and Ramp associates.
• Lead the team in sorting, scanning and movement of packages.
• Oversee unloading/loading of aircraft and trucks in a dispersed area.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to standard work processes.
• Provide clear instruction to maintain processes and safety.
• Interact with managers and customers to convey information.
