Univar Solutions is seeking an Export Services Manager to oversee the export of goods from our operations in Texas and ensure safe, compliant transportation. You will design efficient export processes and collaborate with sales and customers to deliver reliable service.

In this role you will manage export logistics personnel, negotiate spot rates, monitor compliance with DOT, IMO, IMDG, ITAR and related regulations, and be the primary point of contact for customers and sales teams to maintain

The Export Services Manager will oversee the export of Univar Solutions goods and will ensure safety in all transportation methods. This role will design efficient and cost-effective export process methods and analyze best means of transport essential for Univar Solutions to deliver on our commitment to customers and achieve our company objectives to “Streamline, Innovate & Grow".

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Management of export logistics personnel and associated processes. Negotiation of spot rates and sponsorship of carrier procurement initiatives.
• Management and communication of relevant export compliance - DOT, IMO, IMDG, ITAR, etc. Regulations.
• Act as key point of contact for sales and customers to provide consistent, positive customer experiences
