Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tooling

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Order to Cash process by ensuring accurate order input and data confirmation with customers.
• Review pricing for accuracy and apply promotions; collaborate with Pricing Group or Sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and meet defined turnaround times for inquiries.
• Maintain customer shipping profiles and generate workflow requests in the CRM system.
• Build partnerships with internal teams (Sales, Planning, Finance, Regulatory) to improve service delivery.
• Provide timely problem resolution for overages, shortages, damages, and credits, recording results in the CRM.
