Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management specialist in Cleveland, OH to support external and internal customers and brands across multiple channels.

You will manage the order-to-cash process, verify pricing, coordinate with Sales and Planning, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding regulatory and quality standards. Experience in export customer service, CRM proficiency, and regulatory training are valuable for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Export customer service experience required.
• Training in 49CFR, IMDG and IATA regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication with attention to detail.
• MS Office Suite intermediate proficiency; experience with Custom Applications.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Professional demeanor with internal and external customers.
• College degree in Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Order to Cash process with accurate data input and customer confirmation.
• Review pricing for accuracy and apply promotions; coordinate with Pricing Group/Sales as needed.
• Track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery per agreements.
• Respond to inquiries via email, fax, and phone; maintain professional communications.
• Maintain CRM data and vendor profiles; support account management for Strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Planning, Operations, Regulatory) to improve service.
• Prepare reports and contribute to department initiatives and export processes.
