Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Export customer service experience is required.
• Training in 49CFR, IMDG and IATA regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Custom Applications.
• Strong time management and priority setting.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional conduct with inside and outside customers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Order to Cash process: input orders, confirm data, review promotions, track orders, meet turnaround times.
• Manage Contact Management: respond via email/fax/phone, maintain shipping profiles, follow SOPs.
• Build internal/external partnerships: coordinate with Sales, Planning, Regulatory, and Vendors.
• Provide problem resolution: handle overages, shortages, damages, and credit requests; run reports.
