Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of relevant experience in warehouse operations, transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cargo data entry and warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inquiries regarding operational tasks and export shipments.
• Coordinate export freight with internal teams, warehouse staff, drivers, and clients.
• Input and update cargo data in Cargo Manager for accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation and shipment processing with high accuracy.
• Support driver check-in/check-out processes as needed.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of shipping paperwork.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide status updates to clients.
