Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and administer export/import authorizations.
• Coordinate exports and imports in accordance with client policy and U.S. Government export regulations and laws.
• Support the ES Global Trade (GT) team in document reviews for compliance with USG export/import regulations.
• Manage files and records for investigations, non-compliance, disclosures and ad hoc requests.
• Perform duties as assigned by the GT director.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organization.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; adhere to deadlines and schedules.

Job description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Prepares, submits and administers required export/import authorizations. Coordinates exports and imports in accordance with client policy and U.S. Government export regulations and laws.

• Support the ES Global Trade (GT) team in conducting document reviews to determine compliance with USG export and import regulations.
• Support the GT team in the file management of all investigation matters, including record keeping and tracking for matters of non-compliance, ad hoc compliance requests and disclosures;
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the GT director.
• Attention to detail.

• Knowledge of the Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or U.S. customs regulations.
