Job summary

Donatech Corporation in Manassas, VA, is seeking a detail-oriented compliance professional to support our Global Trade team. The role focuses on preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations in line with US Government regulations.

You will review documents for compliance, manage investigation files, and assist with audits and disclosures. The ideal candidate has ITAR/EAR knowledge, strong organization, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while communicating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant combination of work experience and college credits.
• Knowledge of ITAR and EAR export controls.
• Experience handling export/import authorizations and regulatory documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Trade team by reviewing documents for USG export/import compliance.
• Maintain investigation files, records, and tracking for non-compliance and disclosures.
• Assist with project management related to audits, assessments, and investigations.
• Perform duties assigned by the Global Trade director.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Job description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Priority Focus: Prepares, submits and administers required export/import authorizations. Coordinates exports and imports in accordance with client policy and U.S. Government export regulations and laws.

• Support the ES Global Trade (GT) team in conducting document reviews to determine compliance with USG export and import regulations.
• Support the GT team in the file management of all investigation matters, including record keeping and tracking for matters of non-compliance, ad hoc compliance requests and disclosures;
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the GT director.
• Attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively and professionally (both orally and in writing);
• Adhere to time requirements and schedule;

• Knowledge of the Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
