Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation (IPC) is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Export Document Coordinator for the Delphi, Indiana location. This full-time hourly role provides essential administrative support across the warehousing organization, handling documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.

The role is primarily day shift with some weekend support to meet export needs; report to the Shipping Export Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of clerical/office support experience preferred.
• Export documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical and administrative support, including filing, data entry, export document preparation, and record maintenance.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing office materials
• Answer calls, route messages, and respond to basic email inquiries as needed
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets
• Prepare reports and organize digital files to support workflows
• Assist with mail and sample processing and other routine tasks
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and fulfill administrative needs
• Follow established procedures and identify opportunities to improve processes
