The position is full-time, 8–10 hours per day with overtime and weekends; shift hours vary by team. IPC emphasizes safety, GMP adherence, and reliable performance in a fast-paced processing facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; vocational coursework preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machinery lubrication.
• Experience with repair assembly/disassembly of machinery.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to pass a skill test and physical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections.
• Oil and lubricate gearboxes, bearings, and chains.
• Inspect equipment and log non-conformances; fill work logs.
• Follow safety policies and GMP procedures in all tasks.
• Maintain shop areas and inventory of parts and tools.
• Perform duties as assigned by Maintenance Leadership.
