Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation (IPC) is expanding its global footprint from Delphi, Indiana. We seek a Global Export Manager to own end‑to‑end export operations, ensure timely, compliant shipments, and lead a team of Export Coordinators.

The role requires hands‑on export expertise, strong leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration with warehousing, distribution, and commercial teams. Join a growing function during a warehouse expansion to drive global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, international business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands‑on export/logistics experience including documentation and country‑specific compliance.
• Experience supervising or managing a small team in fast-paced operations.
• Knowledge of export regs including Incoterms, HTS, AES, EAR/ITAR, sanctions and denied-party screening.
• Experience with freight forwarders, ocean/air carriers, and customs brokers.
• Strong tech skills with MS Office, TMS/WMS and ERP familiarity.
• Excellent written communication; accurate export documentation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CUSECO, NCBFAA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily export operations to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Plan and schedule exports with warehousing, customers, and carriers.
• Prepare and maintain export documentation; manage library and flowchart.
• Ensure compliance with country regulations, Incoterms, and embargoes.
• Monitor international trade law changes and update processes.
• Manage relationships with carriers and brokers; resolve escalations.
• Lead and develop Export Coordinators; set priorities and track performance.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement; maintain data and reports.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Distribution Operations on capacity and priorities.
