Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation (IPC) is seeking a Maintenance Greaser for a 3rd shift to lubrication, preventive maintenance, and basic repair tasks in our Delphi, IN facility. The role requires ability to operate safely in a high-demand processing environment and to work 8–10 hour shifts with overtime and weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, capable of following GMPs and maintaining logs, parts and tools, and performing duties under leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and prior machinery repair experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, push, pull as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections.
• Oil and lubricate gearboxes, chains, bearings, and other components.
• Inspect equipment and log non-conformances.
• Fill out work logs and documentation.
• Follow safety policies and GMP procedures.
• Maintain orderly shop areas and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Leadership Team.
