Job summary

RTX is seeking an Export Advisor Team Lead to support Customs compliance within Enterprise Services. You will guide the team on export declarations, validate shipment data, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, compliant trade activities.

The role emphasizes regulatory knowledge, collaboration across departments, and continuous improvement in export workflows within a hybrid work model based in the Richardson area.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. Customs regulations and import/export requirements.
• Experience handling transitional audits and traditional customs audit frameworks.
• Experience with ITCS, RGEMS, and defense industry context is preferred.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and/or Certified Export Specialist (CES) certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on export regulatory requirements and Customs compliance.
• Serve as a key point of contact for team questions and resolution of export issues.
• Collaborate with the Export Operations Manager to align team efforts with priorities.
• Coordinate with Global Trade, Shipping, Receiving, International Logistics, Customs Brokers, and Freight Forwarders.
