Job summary

RTX Corporate Enterprise Services is seeking a Customs Continuous Improvement Lead to plan and execute day-to-day operations in a fast-paced export/import environment. You will lead the ESCO continuous improvement program, deploying compliant, tech-enabled solutions, and acting as the focal point for procedure management and corrective action governance across Customs and Global Trade.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; minimum 8 years in customs/global trade, or an advanced degree with 5 years.
• Licensed Customs Broker / Certified Customs Specialist / or experience.
• Experience with CFR19 U.S. Customs regulations (HS classification, FTA qualification, valuations, origin).

Responsibilities

• Determine assessment and controls objectives for customs import/export monitoring.
• Implement and oversee customs process documentation.
• Collaborate to verify compliance with company policies.
• Leverage trade regulation knowledge to balance risk in processes.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance.
• Identify and report potential violations and weaknesses.
