Job summary

Quick USA Inc. in Addison, IL is seeking an Export Coordinator to manage export shipments from start to finish. You will prepare documentation, coordinate trucking and airline bookings, and maintain communication with customers and overseas offices to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• IAC Security Training (IACSSP) and Security Threat Assessment (STA) ID required.
• HAZMAT certification (IATA or IMDG) required.
• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• 1–3 years of related work experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices
• Coordinate cargo pickup, trucking schedules, and airline bookings
• Obtain freight rates and negotiate with carriers and trucking companies
• Ensure export documentation complies with customs, airline, and TSA requirements
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and overseas offices
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping requirements, regulations, and documentation
• Issue invoices to customers and overseas agents
• Maintain customer information in accordance with TSA regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
