Job summary

System One Clinical & Science in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Project Manager to lead integration of newly acquired entities into export controls programs. The role focuses on delivering an integrated plan across four workstreams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely decisions while coordinating with regulatory SMEs and technical experts.

You will drive progress using AI tools to draft and analyze, maintain SOPs and dashboards, and report metrics weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated success as a project manager.
• Ability to track a multifaceted project across multiple business units.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other PM tools.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills, including procedures and job aids.
• Ability to leverage AI to speed the work.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan: build a comprehensive integrated project plan across four workstreams with milestones and timelines.
• Track and unblock: monitor progress, identify delays, and drive solutions.
• Report: create and maintain a project dashboard and deliver metrics.
• Coordinate: schedule cross-functional meetings and training with units and SMEs.
• Document: write SOPs and job aids from SME input and maintain records.
• Work efficiently: use AI tools to speed drafting, summarizing, analysis, and reporting with compliance checks.
