Qualifications

• 5-7 years in IT project management or systems implementation.
• Experience leading or coordinating multiple systems implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow: timeline creation, demand management, and ticketing.
• Experience with project management tools that integrate with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, scope, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Use ServiceNow to create and manage project timelines, demands, and tickets.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across operations, supply chain, finance, IT, data, and other functions.
• Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, resolve issues, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership summarizing integration roadmap, status, risks, and milestones.
