Job summary

Lancesoft in Warsaw, Indiana, seeks an Associate Project Manager for a 12-month engagement in a hybrid role (3 days in office). Travel up to 25% to collaborate between teams across sites.

You will support the Engineer Services team on site integration projects, defining scope, developing schedules, and managing risks while communicating with leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Portfolio Navigator is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-time engineering experience in regulated medical device industry.
• PMI PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for the Engineer Services team on a site integration project.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Packaging, Labeling, Design Controls, and Biocompatibility.
• Develop work breakdown structures, master schedules, and resource plans for assigned projects.
• Monitor master project plans and communicate progress, risks, constraints, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver project presentations and status updates for senior management as required.
