Qualifications

3+ years of experience in export compliance, customs administration, or trade compliance.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations.
Export Specialist certification preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and export compliance tools.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support export compliance activities under ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs and OFAC requirements.
Classify products and technical data under export control guidelines.
Prepare export documents: invoices, EEI/SED filings, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Coordinate export license applications and track license requirements.
Conduct restricted party screenings and maintain compliant records.
Work with cross-functional teams to support compliant shipments and audits.
Maintain export records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
