Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator in New Hope, Mississippi to manage export compliance within a regulated aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environment. The role ensures adherence to ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and U.S.

Customs requirements, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, contracts, and program management. The position requires 3–7 years in export compliance, strong ITAR/EAR knowledge, and ERP/export tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in export compliance, customs administration, or trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations required.
• Experience with export documentation and license processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer export compliance activities per EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and U.S. Customs.
• Classify products and data under EAR/ITAR guidelines.
• Prepare and review export docs (invoices, SED/EEI, bills of lading, origin certificates).
• Coordinate export license applications and monitor provisos.
• Conduct restricted‑party screenings and maintain audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, contracts, and program management on compliant shipments.
• Support internal and external compliance audits and retention of export records.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on trade compliance.
