Qualifications

• 3+ years of export compliance, customs, or international trade experience.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience with export classifications, licensing, and shipping docs.
• Aerospace/defense or regulated manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer export compliance activities under ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and U.S. regulations.
• Classify products, software, and data under ECCN/USML.
• Prepare invoices, EEI filings, bills of lading, and origin certificates.
• Support license applications and monitor conditions.
• Conduct restricted-party screening and maintain audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and PM on compliant shipments.
• Support audits, training, and corrective actions.
• Identify compliance risks and propose practical solutions.
