• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• English proficiency required (additional languages are a plus).

A global freight forwarding company is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Agent to join their team in Jericho, NY. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in air export operations and a strong understanding of international logistics. This is a direct -hire, permanent and onsite work setting.

Export Agent Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end air export shipment coordination


• Prepare and process shipping documents (AWB, customs documentation, etc.)


• Coordinate with airlines, carriers, vendors, and overseas agents


• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company procedures


• Track shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues


• Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and requirements


• Support billing and operational data accuracy as needed

Export Agent Requirements
