Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Friendly guest service attitude
• Understanding and compliance with proper food handling and serving techniques and regulations
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment
• Attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills
• Consistent professional attitude and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain service flow and item preparation to spec
• Ensure all food is prepared hot when appropriate and presented well
• Organize expo area table orders according to tickets
• Complete side work and station maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after shifts
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle re-cooks and allergen orders
• Expedite food for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas
• Maintain a friendly attitude and support teamwork to prevent guest complaints
• Other duties as assigned
