• Responsible for the preparation and service of salads and pantry items
• Assist in maintaining quality, portion control, and presentation according to standards
• Clean and sanitize production surfaces and equipment in the kitchen
• Maintain a safe and sanitary workstation and follow health guidelines
• Follow recipes, standards, and procedures as directed by the Executive Chef
