Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking an Expo Manager for our Fairplain Yacht Club location. In this fast-paced role, you'll lead the expo station to ensure accurate and timely service. Key responsibilities include managing the flow of communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams, training staff, and maintaining presentation standards. Candidates should have restaurant experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Evening shifts and weekend availability are required. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably as expo or kitchen lead.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
