Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize ticket orders with line cooks and servers.

• Assist with garnishing and final plate assembly for service.
• Support kitchen during downtime with light prep and restocking tasks.
• Maintain clean expo line and smooth kitchen-dining room communication.
• Monitor ticket times and assist in pacing during peak periods.
