Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group in Thackerville, OK is seeking an Expeditor to help move orders from kitchen to dining area. You will coordinate with kitchen and servers to ensure timely delivery, verify order accuracy, and support the expediting station in a fast-paced full-service kitchen.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has strong organizational and communication skills, can work evenings and weekends, and is comfortable working under pressure while upholding safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and the serving staff to ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to prioritize orders and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure that each dish meets presentation and quality standards before being served to guests.
• Monitor ticket times and expedite orders during peak service periods to minimize wait times.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of orders before they leave the kitchen.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and expedite station.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to address any issues or delays in food preparation.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
