Job summary

WarHorse Gaming is seeking a Food & Beverage Expeditor in Omaha, NE to coordinate the flow of orders between the kitchen and front-of-house. The role ensures speed, accuracy, and presentation standards for all dishes delivered to guests.

The expeditor will monitor orders via KDS or tickets, communicate modifications and allergy alerts, and assist with final plating while maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Nebraska Gaming License required.
• ServSafe and/or Food Handler certifications preferred or required depending on property standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow and prioritization of food orders to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and presentation quality of all dishes prior to service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding modifications, allergy alerts, and special requests.
• Assist culinary team with final plating, garnishing, and quality control as needed.
