Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and with federal, state and local serving regulations.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.
• Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills.
• Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain service flow and prepare items to spec.
• Ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold and presented well.
• Organize table orders in the expo area according to tickets.
• Complete required side work and station maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after each shift.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle re-cooks and special orders, including allergens.
• Expedite food for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas.
• Support service team to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints.
