Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Expo team member in Statesboro, GA. You will ensure timely food prep per recipes and special requests, communicating with service and heart-of-house teams to expedite TueGo, catering, dining room and bar orders.

Qualifying candidates are 18+, with no experience required and a strong focus on guest service, safety, accuracy, and teamwork. This role supports a busy restaurant operation with a friendly attitude and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior work experience required.
• Friendly guest service orientation.
• Understand food handling and safety guidelines.
• Able to use a computer, phone and basic tech.
• Good attention to detail and organization.
• Strong time management and multitasking.
• Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Kitchen Display System to manage flow and prep per order.
• Ensure hot foods stay hot and cold items stay cold.
• Organize expo area by ticket sequence.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean and organized before/during/after shifts.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle re-cooks and allergen orders.
• Expedite service for TueGo, catering, dining room and bar.
• Maintain a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
• Support service team to drive business and reduce complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
