Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Florence, SC is seeking an Expo team member to ensure timely food preparation and accurate guest requests across TueGo/Catering, dining room, and bar areas.

You will operate the Kitchen Display System, coordinate ticketed orders, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while delivering friendly guest service. This fast-paced role requires flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service and follow food handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System to maintain service flow.
• Ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.
• Organize expo area orders by tickets.
• Set up, clean, and maintain work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Expedite TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar orders.
• Support service team to create repeat business and prevent complaints.
