Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Expo teammate to ensure timely food prep and accurate presentation for TueGo/Catering, dining room, and bar areas.

You will coordinate with service and kitchen teams, manage the expo station, uphold safety and sanitation guidelines, and deliver friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to busy shifts, weekend hours, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and regulations.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.
• Attention to details with good organizational and time management skills.
• Professional attitude and effective communication.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure while remaining flexible.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain flow of service and prepare items to spec.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation of food items; keep hot items hot and cold items cold.
• Organize table orders in expo area according to tickets.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Set up, clean, and organize work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage re-cooks and special-order requests, including allergen orders.
• Expedite service for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas.
• Maintain a gracious, friendly attitude and contribute to a teamwork-based environment.
• Support service team to create new and repeat business and reduce guest complaints.
