Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Provide friendly guest service and comply with food handling regulations.
• Operate a computer/phone and other office equipment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and good time management.
• Maintain professional attitude and effective listening.
• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain flow and prepare items to spec.
• Ensure hot foods stay hot and cold foods stay cold; expedite items as needed.
• Organize expo area tables according to tickets and stations.
• Complete side work, station maintenance, and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and allergen order handling.
• Expedite service for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas.
• Support service team to create new and repeat business and reduce guest complaints.
