Job summary

Kemper Sports Management is opening a part-time Expo position at Henderson Sport & Social in Henderson, NV. You will coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring quality, timing, and presentation while collaborating with cooks, servers, bartenders, and food runners to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, maintaining expo areas, and supporting service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to obtain TAM and Food service certifications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the guest while protecting food quality, timing, and presentation.
Verify plate presentation, garnishes, sauces, temperature, allergies, and modifications.
Own ticket flow by calling tickets, prioritizing orders, coordinating course timing, releasing complete tables together, and adjusting service flow as needed.
Communicate effectively with cooks, food runners, servers, bartenders, and leadership.
Maintain the expo window, garnish station, heat lamps, sauce station, ticket organization, plate presentation supplies, and to-go order verification.
