Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Expo to ensure all table orders are cooked and delivered promptly. The expo will coordinate between service and kitchen, ensuring order accuracy, quality, and timely preparation.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 100 pounds as needed.
• Stands or moves for 8+ hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Demonstrates safety and sanitation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Receive and order products.
• Make prep recipes and menu items to spec.
• Label, date, cover and refrigerate prepped items.
• Perform opening, closing & side duties: set up, stock and break down all kitchen equipment and prep, line, expo stations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room and back dock.
• Clean dishes and operate a dishwasher.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards.
• Have a sense of urgency.
• Assemble orders and verify quality.
