Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the preparation and delivery of food orders to dining area, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Inspect dishes to ensure quality and presentation before serving.
• Verify orders for completeness and special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Act as liaison between back-of-house and front-of-house, communicating delays or changes.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff, run food, clear plates, restock supplies.
• Maintain a clean expo station following health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Identify and resolve issues during service, such as incorrect orders or delays.
