Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, or pull 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide water service.
• Provide bread service.
• Maintain proper beverage levels at the table.
• Clear tables.
• Maintain table maintenance.
• Mark tables for each course if necessary.
• Serve food.
• Reset tables.
• Re‑stock service stations.
• Assist servers, hosts, and bartenders as needed.
• Maintain the neatness, cleanliness, and organization of the dining room.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes, and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
