Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the preparation and delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Inspect dishes to ensure they meet quality standards and presentation before serving to guests.
• Verify that each order is complete and correct, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Act as a liaison between back-of-house and front-of-house, communicating delays, changes, or issues with orders.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed, including running food, clearing plates, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station, following all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Quickly identify and resolve issues during service, such as incorrect orders or delays.
