Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to work, standing and walking, in a fast-paced environment for up to 9 hours.
• Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper presentation and temperature of plates leaving the kitchen.
• Inspect plates before sending out food to guests.
• Handle guest comments and complaints effectively.
• Respect guest dietary and allergy restrictions.
• Oversee To Go orders for accuracy and completeness.
