Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring an Expeditor/Expo to ensure craveable food for every Guest, supporting takeout and dine-in service. This hourly role offers full-time or part-time hours with a focus on timely ticket management and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
