Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring Expeditor or Expo team members on an hourly basis for immediate openings in Scottsdale. This role supports both takeout and dine-in services, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and delivered with care.

Applicants must be 18+, have restaurant experience if possible, and hold a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable. Training is provided, and schedules are flexible to accommodate full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
