Job summary

P.F. Chang’s in Chandler, AZ is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Expeditor or Expo to ensure craveable food for every Guest, supporting takeout and dine-in service.

You will manage ticket times to keep food fresh and on schedule, coordinate table visits with a manager, relay accurate orders, and help maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed
