Job summary

Berry Fresh Cafe is seeking an Expo to join our kitchen team in Florida. You will help deliver delightful guest experiences by finishing plates, portioning accurately, and ensuring all modifications are followed from start to finish.

The role emphasizes cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates embrace a guest-obsessed culture, work well under pressure, and contribute to a smooth service during breakfast and lunch hours.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Apply finishing touches to plates and set up by table for servers and runners.
• Use proper portioning techniques.
• Read tickets to determine all modifications have been followed. You are the last line of defense before the plate hits the table.
• Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.

You are responsible for top notch cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.
