Berry Fresh Cafe is seeking a dedicated team member to master plate finishing, ensure pristine station sanitation, and deliver a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will apply final touches to plates, read tickets for modifications, and support a cohesive team focused on guest satisfaction and consistent quality.

Job description

Our Expos are responsible for creating that unforgettable guest experience through the proper finishing and garnishing of the best tasting recipes around! You are responsible for top notch cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Apply all finishing touched to plates and set up by table for servers and runners.
• Use proper portioning techniques.
• Read tickets to determine all modifications have been followed. You are the last line of defense before the plate hits the table.
• Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
