Tommy's Tavern and Tap in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Expo to coordinate food orders between kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring timely, accurately plated dishes and consistent quality.

You will maintain the expo station, assist with plating, and communicate guests’ special requests and allergy alerts to the kitchen, while supporting a fast-paced team during nights and weekends.

The Expo plays a critical role in ensuring that every guest receives a perfectly prepared and presented meal. As the liaison between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, the Expo is responsible for coordinating food orders, maintaining quality and presentation standards, and ensuring timely delivery to guests.

Requirements
