Job summary

Qualitate in New York seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the expert community experience and scale a global network of experts. You’ll define the strategy, roadmap, activation, engagement and retention, working with engineering, design, data, and operations.

You’ll shape how millions of professionals share knowledge with AI moderation and a high‑velocity, consumer‑grade platform that delivers trusted insights and time‑series data to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products or platforms.
• Experience building and scaling marketplaces or contributor communities.
• Proven track record in mobile product leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the expert experience from onboarding through published insights and define strategy and roadmap.
• Drive design and delivery of a cohesive web and mobile experience for experts.
• Create durable network dynamics with recognition, referrals, and knowledge exchange.
• Set activation, engagement, and retention targets and prioritize the roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, and operations.
