Job summary

Frost & Sullivan in the United States is looking for a driven, confident professional to connect consulting and research teams with senior industry experts. This role combines expert sourcing, client coordination, and commercial exposure, making it ideal for up to 5 years of experience.

You’ll identify and reach out to industry experts, screen for relevance, schedule interviews, manage multiple projects, maintain CRM records, and support cross-selling of services.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in expert networks, research, recruitment, consulting support, or similar roles
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements from consulting/research teams
• Identify and reach out to relevant industry experts (via phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Screen experts to assess relevance and expertise
• Coordinate and schedule interviews end-to-end
• Manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Maintain accurate CRM records and build long-term expert relationships
• Support cross-selling of additional services where relevant
