Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced product leader to drive enterprise-level product strategy across multiple platforms. You will manage stakeholder ecosystems, define roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, and guide innovation, accessibility, and user experience improvements.

You will collaborate with UX, Architecture, QA, and Release teams, lead Agile ceremonies, and champion automation to improve testing and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years preferred work experience.
  • 7 years in product management or technical leadership
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and product lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage
  • Familiarity with test planning, UAT coordination, and defect management

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize product backlog items to maximize business value
  • Write clear user stories and refine requirements with stakeholders and development teams
  • Establish enterprise UAT standards, governance, and metrics; drive adoption across product lines
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and sign-off for critical releases; align testing strategy with portfolio priorities
  • Champion automation and advanced testing methodologies (e.g., contract testing, performance baselines)
  • Review post-release quality outcomes and lead root-cause analysis for systemic issues
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (UX, Architecture, QA, Release) to ensure delivery readiness
  • Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and inform roadmap decisions

Job Details

Responsible to deliver enterprise-level product strategy and manages complex stakeholder ecosystems across multiple platforms and products. Defines technical product roadmaps that align with organizational objectives, drive value realization, and emerging technologies. Leads cross-functional planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives impacting multiple platforms or domains. Advocates for innovation, accessibility, and user experience optimization. Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that product decisions drive measurable business outcomes.

Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10 years in enterprise product management, experience with program-level planning and governance
  • Familiarity with Agile tools and frameworks (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, ServiceNow; SAFe, LeSS) and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (including AI), API integrations, data flow concepts, and enterprise architecture
  • Expertise in portfolio-level planning governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, with ability to influence enterprise testing strategy and automation adoption
  • Experience with advanced testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and performance/security best practices
  • Knowledge of healthcare or enterprise systems is a plus
Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
