Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 10 years in product management or technical leadership Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and product lifecycle. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage. Familiarity with test planning, UAT coordination, and defect management.
10 years in senior product leadership roles, experience defining organizational product strategy and governance frameworks. Familiarity with Agile tools and frameworks (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, ServiceNow; SAFe, LeSS) and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Knowledge of emerging technologies (including AI), API integrations, data flow concepts, and enterprise architecture. Expertise in organizational change management, digital transformation, and governance frameworks (OKRs) with ability to enforce quality standards across multiple products. Strong understanding of product strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management, with ability to influence enterprise testing and automation adoption. Knowledge of healthcare or enterprise systems is a plus.
